CRT Announces Teletherapy Options In Response to COVID-19
In adherence to the statewide shelter in place order, CRT is temporarily closing its Loop Clinic and community-based services. This is an unprecedented challenging time and we are here to continue working with and supporting you and your family.
During the current public health crisis, Children’s Research Triangle will continue to offer no cost therapy services for uninsured children and families in the Chicagoland area in order to help them cope with uncertain times. We will also continue to accept the following insurance panels: BCBS, Cigna, UHC/Optum, and TRICARE.
Both phone and video treatment are now available through a secure platform to offer support to families when they need it the most. Current clients that wish to pursue this option as a temporary alternative, please work directly with your therapist to coordinate these services.
New clients, for questions or to discuss an initial appointment, please contact our Intake Coordinator, Kim Runnels, at 312-423-5679 or email her at email@example.com.
Children’s Research Triangle’s response to the COVID-19 health crisis includes:
-Individual or family teletherapy sessions
-Parent consultation on specific developmental or behavioral issues
-Webinars on issues relevant to Chicago area families
-Up-to-date information for families on our website
Children’s Research Triangle is conducting research on how youth and their families in the Chicagoland area are adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants will be asked to complete brief surveys (less than five minutes) twice a week about their experiences. Volunteers will be contributing to our knowledge about how to help people in the future. If you are interested in participating, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
